I am excited to announce the launch of a new initiative designed to provide financial relief to our employees who are facing financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances.  This initiative, called WE Care, has been developed in response to the increasing need for support among employees who encounter personal financial challenges beyond their control, such as medical emergencies, family crises, or unexpected life events.  The funds are donated by fellow employees through a voluntary $1 per week deduction from their paycheck, allowing members of the Western Family to assist their co-workers during their time of need.
